As a key member of BDN Construction, based in the Greater Toronto Area, you will manage projects independently, coordinating subcontractors and daily site operations. You'll report on progress using Procore, enforce site safety regulations, and occasionally jump into hands-on work to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently lead construction projects across Canada
• Schedule and monitor subcontractors effectively
• Carry out planning for work sequencing and inspections
• Maintain daily logs and weekly reports in Procore
• Address and complete punch list items as needed
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of supervising experience in construction
• Capable of managing sites solo without assistance
• Proficient with construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with Procore for site reporting
• Current certifications and a valid G licence required
Be the face of BDN on-site and drive successful project completions in retail and restaurant sectors nationwide.
