We are on the lookout for an Estimator with a solid foundation in construction estimating. You will work on material takeoffs, cost analyses, and supplier negotiations to ensure optimal project budgeting. An understanding of multi-discipline projects and excellent communication skills are crucial for this position, enhancing collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review construction material takeoffs

• Evaluate subcontractor estimates and proposals

• Conduct productivity and cost analyses

• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers

• Prepare preliminary construction scheduling

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in construction-related fields

• At least 3 years of estimating experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating tools

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
