Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage scheduling teams on major projects

• Prepare and revise master schedules for project bids

• Monitor construction progress and update schedules regularly

• Maintain and report on project schedule logs

• Analyze job costs versus performance in timely updates

Requirements:

• 10+ years in construction planning and scheduling

• Experience with various project delivery methods

• Understanding of construction contract definitions

• Ability to effectively communicate project plans

• Eligibility for CISD (PWSGC) Secret Level Clearance
