This full-time in-office position merges customer outreach with detailed project estimation. You will prepare competitive quotes for General Contractors while ensuring compliance with project specifications. Effectively negotiating contracts and sourcing materials from suppliers are vital to enhancing our service quality and pricing competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships through active customer development
• Quote jobs by reviewing and analyzing project specifications
• Create accurate cost estimates for commercial projects
• Negotiate with customers and follow up on bids
• Conduct pre-bid calls to gather additional project insights
Requirements:
• Required post-secondary degree
• Asset: knowledge of the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Excellent communication and organization skills
