Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and evaluate tender documents

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Lead subcontractor negotiations and manage procurement

• Ensure compliance with company and safety standards

• Coordinate project activities and documentation

Requirements:

• Background in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• 3-5 years in civil estimating and project management

• Knowledge of underground utility installation and construction methods

• Strong analytical skills and detailed understanding of specifications

• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
