As a specialist at PCL, you'll engage in virtual modeling, logistics planning, and trade coordination on-site at the North Shore Waste Water Treatment Plant. With 2-4 years of experience in construction and a solid understanding of Virtual Design and Construction, you will help us implement technology and improve project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate virtual models from plans and specifications
• Collaborate on construction-site logistics models with project teams
• Supervise trade detailing and design deliverables management
• Facilitate model coordination processes and RFI documentation
• Promote and integrate virtual construction tools within teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
• 2-4 years of construction experience, including VDC
• Proficient in 3D modeling software and construction drawings
• Familiarity with 4D scheduling and planning tools
• Ability to coordinate trade deliverables and models
