As a Superintendent at PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc., you will be part of a 100% employee-owned company. You will collaborate closely with project managers and oversee teams to ensure that safety and performance standards are consistently met. Your leadership will guide construction operations, shape project schedules, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement PCL's safety program and procedures
• Supervise, train, and mentor project teams
• Communicate effectively with trades and stakeholders
• Proactively manage schedule conflicts and problems
• Develop and maintain project administration documentation
Requirements:
• Journeyman certificate or engineering degree required
• 10 years of field supervision experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of construction specifications
• Proficient in scheduling software and logic
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
