Junior Project Manager

Inter-Co is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the supply and installation of washroom and locker room products. You will work closely with sales, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery and tackle challenges in the construction process.

Your role will also involve site measurements, order coordination, and collaboration with manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams on projects

• Process customer shop drawings and site measures

• Manage subcontract installers on-site

• Review and sell change orders for profitability

• Resolve project-related issues effectively

Requirements:

• Completed Post-Secondary Education

• Knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction field
