In this senior role at PCL Constructors, you will be pivotal in managing preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and risk for complex marine and waterfront projects. Your expertise will be essential in guiding proposal development, assessing project risks, and negotiating contracts. You will take charge of estimating for diverse structures, including ports, ferry terminals, and shoreline protections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project documents for risk and requirements
• Develop conceptual estimates and budget proposals
• Lead trade contractor prequalification and bid evaluation
• Monitor design developments for compliance and impacts
• Facilitate risk workshops with stakeholders
Requirements:
• 15+ years in estimating and risk management
• Strong proficiency in estimating and scheduling software
• Advanced knowledge of marine construction methodologies
• Experience with clients in British Columbia's marine sector
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
