As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team as a Telecommunications Customer Success Associate who will serve as a vital link between our customers and the services we offer.

As a Telecommunications Customer Success Associate on our team, you will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for directly interacting with customers, offering tailored products and services, and ensuring they receive excellent customer service. As the Telecommunications Customer Success Associate, you won’t just be selling the products and services we offer, you will be creating long-term relationships with the customer and endless opportunities with our company.

Customer Success Associate Responsibilities
  • Meet with new and existing customers at their homes, offering tailored products and solutions that add value to their everyday lives
  • Create genuine relationships by offering excellent customer service, actively listening to their needs, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Consistently meet sales targets set for the Telecommunications Customer Success Associate to directly contribute to the company's overall success
  • Work closely with the sales team and other Telecommunications Customer Success Associates to build and improve sales campaigns and customer service approach
  • Identify customer complaints or concerns and offer tailored solutions, ensuring their needs are met, fostering long-term customer loyalty
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales transactions in order to track sales performance and customer retention
  • Stay up to date on all products, services, and solutions to effectively assist customers and offer expert-level solutions
Telecommunications Customer Success Associate Qualifications
  • Experience as a Telecommunications Customer Success Associate, in sales, or a customer-facing and success role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation to and from the local office
