Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Glazing Division. This is a busy, fast-paced environment offering opportunities to learn. Richelieu Glazing Supplies is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Surrey Warehouse in British Columbia.

Responsibilities
  • Telephone interaction with our Customers to take orders and answer questions
  • Computer entry of those interactions
  • Coverage on our sales counter
Requirements
  • Outgoing personality with an interest in sales. We will train on all aspects of our products; the candidate should have a desire to learn about our product base and how to be efficient in the role. Knowledge of glazing hardware is an asset but not required. The ideal candidate keeps a clean, organized working area, takes ownership and pride in their work, and has strong customer service and teamwork skills.
