In this role, you will closely engage with customers to identify their banking needs and recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining compliance with TD’s Code of Conduct. Your dedication to promoting an equitable work environment supports both team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute transactions such as deposits and withdrawals accurately
• Assess needs and recommend suitable banking options
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly

Requirements:
• High School diploma and at least 1 year of experience
• Strong administrative and planning capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Effective communication skills for diverse clientele
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle changing tasks
Deliver quality banking solutions and maintain exemplary service standards at TD Canada Trust.
