• Translate inquiries and provide clear communication
• Assist customers with billing and account queries

Requirements:
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
