• Greet and assist Emerald Club members upon arrival

• Provide directions and enhance customer interactions

• Communicate customer service concerns to supervisors

• Ensure proper vehicle supply with shuttlers

• Support cleanliness and organization of the Emerald Aisle

Requirements:

• Age requirement of at least 18 years

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid Class 5 driver's license in British Columbia

• Minimum six months in sales or customer-focused roles

• Flexible availability for a 40-hour work week
