Storkcraft Customer Care Representative Position

Contribute to family safety by directly assisting customers with inquiries about warranty claims and product issues. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively. You'll work alongside a supportive team to enhance customer experiences while managing multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat
• Accurately process warranty claims and orders
• Troubleshoot product issues using provided documentation
• Clearly document interactions in Salesforce for tracking
• Escalate legal concerns and safety incidents as needed
Requirements:
• Over 2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Comfort with various software systems
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to handle peak volumes and sensitive situations with ease
