Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as a vital liaison between Sales and customers. Your responsibilities include accurate order entry, maintaining price pages, and ensuring timely communication with clients. Your expertise in the flexographic printing industry will be leveraged to maintain high-quality service and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Sales and customers via phone and email
• Coordinate accurate and timely order entry of product specifications
• Confirm orders and provide inventory updates to customers
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure quick resolutions
• Book orders efficiently to facilitate production processes
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in customer service or sales, preferably in packaging
• Proficiency in ERP databases and MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and print production
