Key Responsibilities:
• Check baggage and assess overweight charges
• Book and modify flight reservations efficiently
• Address service disruptions and offer alternatives
• Oversee the boarding and deplaning process safely
• Load and unload baggage and cargo consistently
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service setting
• Valid BC driver’s license recommended
• Capable of effective communication under stress
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexible to work weekends and irregular shifts
