Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Richmond, BC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, processing orders, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and address inquiries with professionalism
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy, with experience handling transactions or orders
  • Proficiency with standard office software and systems
  • Capability to thrive in a team‑oriented, on‑site work environment
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, especially within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
