Airport Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll manage the vehicle return process while adhering to Hertz’s policies. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicles, resolving customer issues, and collecting damage costs when necessary. By focusing on continuous improvement, you will help enhance both operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle return process in compliance with policies
• Inspect vehicles for damages and complete documentation
• Resolve customer service concerns professionally
• Provide courteous directions and assist with luggage
• Ensure accurate final invoicing and charge explanations
Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Proven multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Initiative and accountability in duties performed
• Successful completion of background screening required
