Our growing organization needs a skilled problem solver with strong customer service knowledge and product expertise. Working Sunday through Thursday, the selected candidate will receive incoming calls and maintain customer relationships while addressing service issues effectively.
Your role is crucial for ensuring excellent service and support for our outside sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and orders
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Process special orders and manage customer inquiries
• Provide reports to the warehouse team as requested
• Cooperate with sales and production team for efficient service
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience in the meat industry
• 4+ years in customer service or sales
• Strong computer skills; experience with Canopy a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage
