Position Overview

We seek a Partner Associate who provides exceptional customer service to our growing national business. You will deliver a customer experience that supports revenue goals and helps optimize cellular service delivery.

You will join a team that tests ideas, offers training and career development, and values employee voice. If you are entrepreneurial, curious, and persistent, you may be a good fit for a high-growth company disrupting the cellular space.

Note:

This role may not be suitable for those who prefer top-down direction and routine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct customer contact that builds confidence in our ability to satisfy needs.
  • Lead meetings to help customers optimize their cellular fleet.
  • Provide support to the customer – responding to service, billing and technical queries.
  • Ensure orders are expertly expedited.
  • Liaise with customer administrative, technical and operations departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolution of demands.
  • Resolve order-related problems using tenacity, persistence and tact.
  • Develop knowledge of new technology and VALET’s solutions.
  • Supply quotes to the customer in a timely and effective manner.
  • Propose solutions that simplify the customer’s cellular environment.
  • Utilize network and social media presence to establish leadership in simplifying cellular service delivery and spend optimization.
  • Collaborate with the VALET team to deliver services that exceed customer expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cell phones and carrier plans
  • Exceptional email communications skills
  • Knowledge of carrier activation procedures (experience with Rogers is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand customer needs
  • Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Energetic, professional, dedicated and positive attitude
  • Comfortable taking leadership to resolve customer problems
  • Leadership skills to command respect of staff, partners, and customers
  • Social media acumen in connecting to the business community

Compensation

Base Compensation: $51,000–$71,500 annually. Total Cash Compensation: $56,000–$76,500 annually (range includes variable compensation where applicable).
