What You Do
1) Create memorable brand touchpoints that drive loyalty
Handle thousands of conversations in the Happiness Hub via phone, email, SMS, or social media, reinforcing our brands and making every customer smile.
2) Drive sales by booking more rooms and maximizing yield
Never leave money on the table: ask questions to uncover opportunities, use storytelling to highlight the right property, and close the sale.
3) Serve as the communications and service center for customers
Facilitate outstanding on‑property service by capturing customer information during reservations for shared use by our properties.
Set expectations and showcase relevant hotel amenities; suggest local events or restaurants to enhance stays.
Deliver seamless service for priority corporate, group, and travel trade clients, building loyalty.
What You Need
Available to work in‑person at the Richmond location – no remote option.
Must be available weekends & evenings (latest shift ends at 11:30 pm).
Previous sales and/or hotel experience preferred.
Fun‑loving nature.
Excellent conversational skills.
High emotional awareness.
Tech‑savvy and systems‑expertise.
Multi‑tasker who thrives under pressure.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Good grammar and writing abilities.
Front desk or reservations experience an asset; training available.
