Join Pro Mach as a Customer Service Representative and be part of the future of packaging. This full-time, onsite position requires strong project coordination and customer service expertise.
In your role, you will be with the Wexxar Packaging Sales Team, preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling internal and external inquiries. Your communication skills will help you maintain effective relationships while managing project coordination. Excel proficiency will be essential for reporting and overcoming potential issues in the order process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-tier customer service to varied stakeholders
• Build and nurture productive working relationships
• Coordinate vital project data and follow-ups
• Analyze information to prepare accurate quotes and orders
• Plan for and mitigate potential process issues
Requirements:
• College diploma or University degree in relevant discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or project coordination
• Familiarity with packaging machinery or manufacturing processes beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report analysis
• Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills
