In this role, you will act as the main contact for partner portal support while operating four days a week. Your responsibilities involve managing user access, facilitating onboarding processes, and processing trial orders. A partner-first mindset, clear communication, and keen attention to detail are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for partner portal inquiries
• Triage requests, troubleshoot access, and resolve issues
• Manage partner onboarding and profile enablement
• Process trial and demo orders from initiation to completion
• Maintain accurate case documentation and communications
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail in managing priorities
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Service Now
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
