Onni is hiring a Part Time Guest Services Agent who is passionate about guest interactions and service excellence. In this role, you will facilitate check-ins, tackle inquiries, and manage customer feedback. Your proactive approach will ensure a warm welcome and seamless stay for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in/out processes efficiently

• Address guest inquiries and special requests

• Support other departments for seamless service

• Assist with incoming/outgoing packages and messages

• Ensure effective communication with hotel staff

Requirements:

• High School Degree or similar

• Experience in a hotel or customer service setting

• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Suite

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
