Customer Service Bilingual (English/French)

Permanent Position – Onsite Monday – Friday. Located in Milton, ON.

Hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Our customer located in Milton, Ontario, is looking for Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both verbal and written forms to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.
  • Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the company's best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate the company's website and online ordering.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a team.
  • A team player who collaborates well with others.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided for eager learners.
