We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage high call volumes and oversee client appointments. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can handle multitasking within a busy environment. If you have a passion for supporting guests and driving customer satisfaction, this role might be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 80-120 outbound calls to engage customers
• Set up, modify, and cancel service appointments
• Keep customer files updated regarding service needs
• Document detailed notes for each customer interaction
• Ensure a positive service experience for all clients
Requirements:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Confident and professional demeanor
• Strong proficiency in computer applications
• High school education or equivalent relevant experience
• Able to thrive in a high-volume work setting
