Your responsibilities will include greeting residents, handling inquiries, and maintaining safety on the premises. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and visitors to the property
• Offer personalized support and excellent customer service

Requirements:
• At least one year of in-person customer service experience
• Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing
• Experience with strata management is beneficial
