Enhance your career at WorkSafeBC as a Client Service Representative in Kelowna, BC, supporting injured workers with their claims. Leverage your customer service experience in a hybrid working model.
This 18-month temporary role involves collecting information from clients and guiding them through the claims process. You'll be expected to respond to inquiries, adjudicate claims, and communicate vital information effectively. Your empathetic engagement will make a significant impact in sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Teleclaim process for injured workers
• Address claims inquiries from workers and professionals
• Adjudicate routine claims and process payments
• Clearly communicate entitlement decisions
• Assist in transferring claims as needed
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12; post-secondary education preferred
• At least 18 months of customer service or office experience
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Capable of performing numeric calculations
