PASS is seeking motivated Facilitators committed to enhancing passenger journeys. Your experience in a high-pressure, customer-facing role is crucial for this position. You will work closely with passengers, explaining screening procedures and addressing special needs to ensure a positive experience for all travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize and act on passenger assistance opportunities

• Effectively communicate screening procedures to travelers

• Support passengers with disabilities and special requirements

• Work with Screening Officers for seamless operations

• Foster understanding of diversity and cultural principles

Requirements:

• One year in customer service or similar role

• Bilingual: fluent in French and English

• Experience with in regulated environments is a plus

• Must hold a High School Diploma/GED

• Availability for various shifts in a 24/7 operation
