Teledyne Technologies is looking for a motivated individual to fill a full-time Customer Service Representative position. You will play a vital role in processing sales orders and ensuring customer inquiries are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders swiftly and accurately using SAP
• Handle customer emails and order inquiries effectively
• Coordinate shipping and respond to sales-related questions
• Support the sales team with daily operational tasks
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and dependable teamwork orientation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
