Your role will focus on precise order processing and exceptional customer support in a technologically innovative environment.
As part of Teledyne FLIR Integrated Imaging Solutions, you'll support sales teams and contribute to streamlined operational processes. This role requires a blend of strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll engage in a collaborative effort to improve service quality and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and oversee sales orders with SAP precision
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email
• Coordinate shipments and handle order-related issues
• Assist sales teams with various operational needs
• Help with RMAs and maintain organized sales content
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in a customer service or sales role
• Excellent attention to detail and communications
• Organized and dependable work style
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred
