In this vital role, you will connect with airline customers, gathering requirements to guide operational departments. Each shift brings unique challenges requiring you to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that services are timely and meet expectations, while your attention to detail will support the accurate billing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and share meal/aircraft movement information
• Liaise with the central order control office in Toronto
• Handle time-sensitive calls from customers
• Direct departments to fulfill customer requests
• Communicate changes in aircraft and orders
Requirements:
• High school diploma/College diploma required
• Previous customer service experience appreciated
• Experience in time-sensitive environments
• Proficient organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
