This role involves day-to-day customer interaction, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently across multiple channels. The Customer Care Specialist will manage orders, provide contractual visibility, and support project management initiatives. A strong attitude and teamwork skills are essential for successfully navigating a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries through varied communication channels
• Coordinate order lifecycle and resolve issues promptly
• Provide visibility on customer contractual obligations
• Manage daily transactional requests efficiently
• Document interactions in CRM and ERP systems
Requirements:
• Two years in a Customer Service-related position
• Minimum two years of college education or equivalent experience
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, and basic e-procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
Deliver exceptional support and meaningful interactions as part of the SICK team.
