In this dynamic position, you will serve as the primary contact for airline customers, advising operational teams on their unique needs. A strong focus will be on handling time-sensitive requests and ensuring prompt responses during peak hours. Your organizational skills will be pivotal in managing customer orders and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor passenger meal and aircraft movement information
• Liaise with the central order control office in Toronto
• Respond to high-priority calls from customers
• Direct various department staff to fulfill customer needs
• Audit billing to ensure all services are accounted for
Requirements:
• High school or college diploma required
• Previous customer service experience needed
• Ability to thrive in time-sensitive environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
