Key Responsibilities:

• Provide memorable customer service as an IKEA Ambassador

• Process transactions and manage cash handling per IKEA policies

• Monitor and meet daily service and delivery targets

• Ensure inventory integrity through strict adherence to policies

• Maintain product knowledge of in-store specials and returns

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience

• Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills

• Comfortable in a physically demanding role
