Provide exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Advisor with BMO. Support banking inquiries, advice on financial solutions, and engage with clients both in-person and digitally.
In this role, you will be pivotal in meeting customer needs while collaborating with BMO partners. You will interact face-to-face and through various channels to ensure clients have seamless banking experiences. The focus is on service excellence, with duties ranging from handling transactions to offering guidance on digital options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and initiate referrals
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries
• Welcome customers warmly and provide service
• Offer advice on digital and self-serve options
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations
Requirements:
• No prior experience necessary; relevant education preferred
• Knowledge of personal and commercial banking solutions
• Familiarity with digital tools and applications
• Strong interpersonal skills to build customer rapport
• Resourceful self-starter with problem-solving skills
