Customer Service Attendant Oval

Enhance visitor experiences as a Customer Service Attendant at the Richmond Olympic Oval. This auxiliary role focuses on sports, customer service, and multi-functional tasks throughout the facility.

As part of a team, you will engage with guests in various zones, including the retail store, gym, and museum. You are responsible for outstanding customer service, managing events, and driving membership sales. Your ability to multi-task effectively will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in all Oval areas

• Engage with members and address FAQs proactively

• Process payments and manage participant registrations accurately

• Deliver a gold medal retail experience with product knowledge

• Support daily operations and assist with event setup

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Excellent interpersonal skills for genuine customer interactions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid Standard First Aid and AED Certificate

• Willingness to maintain flexible availability
