Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the compliant vehicle return process
• Effectively handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues
• Document any damages during vehicle inspections
• Improve service through effective communication of feedback
• Provide additional assistance and directions as needed
Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and engage with customers
• Must possess strong multitasking and upselling skills
• High levels of ownership and accountability required
