Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist passengers during the screening process

• Communicate CATSA SOPs effectively in English and French

• Support passengers with special mobility or communication needs

• Liaise with Screening Officers to provide outstanding service

• Maintain awareness of diversity and inclusion principles

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role

• Fluent in English and French

• Ability to work under pressure in regulated environments

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills

• High School Diploma/GED required
