As a Claims Examiner, you will process claims according to company policies and ensure each submission is complete and compliant. Your expertise will help assess payment recommendations and identify any additional documentation needed. Collaborate effectively with the Customer Service Team to assist in resolving inquiries and achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process claims accurately and in compliance with policy coverage
• Request and review additional documentation for payability
• Process payments or denials to travelers and providers
• Set up requests from insurers and medical plans
• Assist Customer Service Team in resolving inquiries
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in business-related field
• Completion of Level 2 Insurance Adjuster’s license within 12 months
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in French preferred; additional languages a plus
