Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone inquiries from stakeholders

• Gather critical claims information through calls

• Analyze information to ensure timely decisions

• Investigate conflicting information and provide clarity

• Communicate with clients professionally and sensitively

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of related customer service experience

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field is an asset

• Excellent English language skills required

• Strong typing speed and accuracy

• Flexibility to work hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
