Consumer Services Representative (nine month contract

• Respond to consumer inquiries about our products, ingredients, packaging and nutrition information via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve consumer complaints with empathy, professionalism and sound judgment.
• Escalate quality or food safety concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
• Accurately document consumer interactions and maintain detailed records within our systems.
• Identify trends in consumer feedback and share insights that help improve products and the overall consumer experience.
• Stay current on product launches, formulation updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Represent the Nature's Path brand with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism in every interaction.

• Previous experience in customer service, consumer care, contact center or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. French is an asset but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning technical product information and translating it into clear, consumer-friendly language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or customer service software is an asset.

Located in Richmond, BC | Hybrid (4 days/week in office)

Salary: $52,500 (prorated for the contract)
