As a Passenger Services Agent at Swissport, you'll ensure smooth travel experiences for passengers at various locations worldwide. This part-time role involves documentation verification, boarding pass issuance, and special assistance for passengers including VIPs. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect documents to ensure compliance

• Handle ticketing and manage flight schedule changes

• Process baggage and applicable fees

• Assist especially with unaccompanied minors and special needs passengers

• Make important public announcements as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English;
Mandarin/Cantonese preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year in a relevant, fast-paced role

• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends

• Must have a valid Canadian work permit and driver’s license
