Microdose Mushrooms is a Canadian online dispensary specializing in psilocybin microdosing capsules, dried mushrooms, and functional mushroom supplements, shipped discreetly across Canada. We're hiring a Customer Support Representative to help our customers by email and chat.
What you'll do- Answer customer emails and live-chat messages about orders, shipping, payments, and products
- Track packages, resolve delivery issues, and process replacements or refunds
- Help customers choose products and route dosing or health questions to the right resources
- Flag recurring issues to the team and help improve our FAQ and help content
- Excellent written English;
French is an asset - 1+ year in customer support, retail, or another customer-facing role
- Comfortable with email, chat tools, and order systems (Woo Commerce experience is a plus)
- Discretion and empathy - our customers value privacy
- Located in Canada with reliable internet
$18-22 CAD per hour depending on experience. Remote, anywhere in Canada. Weekday coverage, 9am-6pm Pacific.
