We're looking for an experienced Licensed Dental Assistant with orthodontic experience to join our team. If you enjoy working with patients through their smile transformations and have a strong background in orthodontics, we'd love to hear from you!

• Provide chairside assistance for orthodontic and general dental procedures.
• Support patients throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.
• Assist with clear aligner and Invisalign treatments, including patient education.
• Take digital scans, impressions, radiographs, photographs, and other diagnostic records.
• Assist with orthodontic procedures, appliances, and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining excellent infection prevention and control standards.
• Provide patients with clear treatment, oral hygiene, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to provide efficient, high-quality care.
• Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience.

• Current LDA certification and registration with BCCOHP.
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience, including orthodontic experience.
• Hands-on experience with orthodontic procedures and appliances.
• Experience with clear aligners and/or Invisalign.
• Experience with digital scanning technology such as iTero or similar.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Excellent organization and the ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Experience with Tracker is an asset but not required.
