Project-Focused Design Manager Role

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the design process from initiation to construction. Your focus will include developing design schedules, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your ability to foster collaboration with various stakeholders will enhance the project's overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the design process through to completion

• Maintain high safety standards across teams

• Select and manage design consultant teams

• Develop QA controls and design risk management

• Report regularly on design schedule and quality
Requirements:

• At least 10 years in relevant Construction Management roles

• 3+ years as a Design Manager in ICI projects

• Advanced skills in MS Office and BIM tools

• Formal education in technical or design fields

• Previous experience in healthcare design preferred
