As the UX manager, you will spearhead the design function, ensuring a cohesive vision for new software applications. Playing a vital part in direct design work, you’ll also mentor a growing design team while influencing product strategy at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities:
• Own UX direction for all new Wenco applications
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system
• Document UX standards for agile collaboration
• Design AI-enhanced user experiences
• Lead user research to validate and enhance design
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of UX design experience
• Success in building design systems or significant updates
• Experience leading and developing design teams
• Familiarity with AI approaches in UX
• Robust design portfolio demonstrating varied competencies
