Position: Industrial Design Role BC
Shape the future of product design at White Water as an Industrial Designer in Richmond, BC. Collaborate closely with engineers to enhance product aesthetics and manufacturability in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you will focus on elevating the design quality of new products through aesthetic refinements and user experience improvements. You will work alongside a diverse team to ensure designs bridge creative vision and engineering practicality, resulting in distinctive, buildable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Development Leads during product design processes

• Refine aesthetics for product updates and new releases

• Ensure designs are manufacturable and structurally sound

• Conduct CAD modeling and support drawing documentation

• Evaluate designs through prototype testing and iteration

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in industrial design or development

• Bachelor's in Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering

• Proficiency in Solid Works and rendering tools

• Skilled in concept sketching and visual communication

• Experience in cross-functional product development
