Richmond Christian School is actively seeking four Educational Assistants to enrich the learning environment at its Secondary Campus. The position demands a commitment to Christian education and proficiency in collaborating with teachers. You’ll work closely with students to achieve goals outlined in their Individualized Education Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement IEPs for individual students

• Work collaboratively with teachers to meet student needs

• Facilitate both academic and social-emotional learning

• Adapt instructional techniques as necessary

• Communicate effectively with students and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification from an Educational Assistant Program

• Experience in diverse educational settings preferred

• Strong alignment with RCS's Christian values

• Ability to assist with Upper Level Math and Science content

• Spanish proficiency is considered beneficial
